BENEFITS

Modern Modular

Today's modular designs look like traditional homes and use the same construction methods. The major difference is where the homes are built. Our homes are built indoors which means no weather delays and the highest quality control a home buyer can ask for.

Modular isn't a construction product; it's a construction process.

Tom Hardiman, Modular Building Institute

Modular homes use standard, quality building materials.

The homes are made from the same quality material as site-built homes. They are more affordable than traditional homes because of efficiencies in the building process.

Modular homes are built in a controlled environment.

All modular buildings meet or exceed the same federal building codes as site-built homes. It generally takes eight to 14 weeks to construct saving time and money.

Modular homes can reduce the energy burden and utility bills.

Modular homes are engineered to increase energy efficiency. They are considered "green," with features like high-quality air-sealing, and energy-efficient appliances.

Modular homes are considered safe, durable, & strong.

Modular homes can be built to withstand winds up to 175 miles per hour. They can also be built on basements and crawl spaces. Safety standards ensure they are high quality.

Modular homes put homeownership within reach.

Construction accounts for 61% of the home price. Factory construction cuts down on labor costs & waste. The energy efficiency can also reduce the annual utility bill by up to 30%.
